How long have you been working with Thornbury Nursing?

“I have been with Thornbury since 2021.”

What do you enjoy most about your job?

“I enjoy building therapeutic relationships with my patients and helping them work through challenging experiences.

I also find it rewarding to see patients progress and achieve their goals, no matter how small. I’m passionate about promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma, and I feel fortunate to be able to do this work.”

What attracted you to join Thornbury Nursing?

“I’m drawn to Thornbury’s mission and values, which align with my own goals and aspirations as a mental health nurse. Thornbury’s reputation for excellence and innovation excites me, and I believe I can contribute to its success. I’m impressed by their commitment to their employees and the opportunities for growth and development.”

How do you feel about being Nurse of the Month?

“I’m overwhelmed with gratitude and appreciation for this nomination. Caring for my patients and making a difference in their lives is a privilege. I’m thrilled and proud to be recognised for my work. This nomination motivates me to continue providing exceptional care to my patients.”
