Congratulations Keith! Our Nurse of the Month for January

Keith was chosen to be Thornbury’s January Nurse of the Month based on some fantastic feedback from our Bristol Team. They highlighted Keith’s hard work and flexibility to cover shifts at short notice. Keith has also received great feedback from clients who speak very highly of him.

We caught up with Keith on his win, read what he had to say below.

How long have you been working with Thornbury Nursing?

I have worked with Thornbury for almost 7 years now.

What attracted you to join Thornbury Nursing?

That’s an easy one – the great quality of working relationship Thornbury provides, which continually gets better. They are always there for me – from their proactive nature during the joining process, to maintaining that relationship throughout my time working with them.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Definitely the flexibility with working patterns. Also, understanding how different trusts operate and being able to build my skills and confidence in varied work environments.

How do you feel about being Nurse of the Month?

It’s an absolute honour! A big thanks to the team for the recognition. I shall continue to do my best.
