As Administration Assistant working within our Recruitment Team, you will support the Team Leader so they can recruit and onboard registered nurses and healthcare assistants to the agency to support our clients’ needs. We’re looking for someone with excellent customer service to provide nurses with the best experience when guiding them through the recruitment and onboarding process.

What you will be doing

  • Undertaking administrative activities needed to recruit an agency worker
  • Providing excellent customer service to applicants going through the recruitment journey, answering telephone and email queries and guiding them through the onboarding process
  • Checking documents provided by applicants, ensuring they meet our requirements
  • Working as part of a productive team, making sure the department’s objectives and KPIs are being met

We believe to be successful within this role, you will need to have

  • Previous customer service experience with an excellent telephone manner
  • Experience in a fast-paced busy environment
  • Experience dealing with a high volume of phone calls
  • Experience in a target and objective-led environment
