About the opportunity

Due to the successful development we have achieved here at Thornbury Nursing Services, we are now looking to expand our team and bring on board a Business Development Executive to join us based at our Bristol offices.

The Business Development Executive will develop and grow the client base associate with TNS. This role will also see the Business Development Executive taking responsibility for the management of existing relationships within their territory as well as prospecting new business with full management of the Sales pipeline end to end process.

What you will be doing

  • Manage the lead generation end to end process from initial contact through to contract.
  • Always offer an exception and customer care driven service.
  • Identify key decision-makers within an organization and build nurture the relationships.
  • Respond to the inbound sales activity and immediately action prospects that come via the engagement portal.
  • Manage the existing client relationships to ensure repeated business is successfully achieved.

We believe to be successful within this role, you will need to have

  • Experience in new business development – This is essential.
  • Experience of working within a healthcare recruitment industry – essential.
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • A proven track record of generating new business is also essential
