Are your nurses PMVA trained?

Yes, our staff have completed Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA) training to deliver safety interventions. That’s because many patients who are experience mental health issues are prone to higher levels of distress and may act out towards staff or other patients.

This training provides our staff with the necessary non-restrictive and restrictive techniques to manage patient interventions when needed.

How do you vet your nurses and HCAs?

We only accept agency workers of the highest calibre, with just 20% of applicants making the cut. Our vetting includes enhanced DBS checks and a minimum of 12 months of experience in their specialist practice.
