ECPs

Summary

We need emergency care practitioners (ECP) for temporary, last minute placements across England and Wales. Thornbury ECPs can access work in minor injury units (standalone or ED), walk-in centres, urgent care centres, primary care services, GP out of hours and custody suites. You’ll need to work to our high standards and in return you’ll receive full professional support from us.

Requirements

A valid HCPC Pin

A willingness to work to our company expectations

Experience in minor injuries units, urgent care or walk in centres

Evidence of a university accredited course in clinical reasoning and clinical examination

The ability to independently undertake comprehensive consultations for emergency and urgent, undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions and act as the first point of contact to triage, treat, refer and formulate a discharge plan

A minimum of 6 months working as an ECP in the last 12 months, in conjunction with extensive paramedic experience
