I’m Gerwyn Williams, National Sales Manager for Thornbury Nursing Services.

I started my journey with Thornbury in 2014, having previously worked in recruitment sales, and haven’t looked back since.

I’ve worked in a number of different roles in the business prior to moving into operational management. I now work with our commercial and client relationship teams across Thornbury Nursing Services and The Scottish Nursing Guild.

What do you enjoy most about working for Thornbury?

Cliché, but no two days are the same. There are always new challenges which drive you to the brink, but knowing that you’ve made a difference to the lives of those our nurses care for makes it all worthwhile.

What makes Thornbury stand out compared to other agencies?

The business is always innovating, evolving and setting the standard for last minute nursing cover. We wouldn’t be where we are today if it wasn’t for the dedication to excellence demonstrated by our internal teams and our fabulous nurses.
