1. You must attend the Primary Care and Public Health Conference May 2023
2. You must register your details with the Thornbury Nursing Services’ staff working on the Thornbury Nursing stand, or submit an application to join Thornbury Nursing at https://thornbury-nursing.com/join-thornbury/register/ 

Terms and conditions:

1. One winner will be chosen at random from all entries received at the Primary Care and Public Health Conference 2023.
2. The winner will be contacted week commencing 22 May 2023 via phone or email.
3. The £500 Secret Escapes voucher will be sent to the winner within 14 days of being contacted.
4. Secret Escapes booking terms and conditions apply.
5. The voucher will expire September 2023 so must be used before then.
6. Cash or any other alternative prizes cannot be requested or awarded.
