Requirements

  • A valid NMC Pin
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in the last 2 years
  • To be comfortable working in line with our company expectations
  • The ability to manage long-term conditions and promote independence
  • The ability to take charge of the home on a shift basis and provide supervision for other care staff
  • An understanding of adult safeguarding
