How long have you been working with Thornbury Nursing?

I have been working with Thornbury for 2 years now.

What attracted you to join Thornbury Nursing?

There are various reasons I enjoy working with Thornbury as an RMN. Firstly, Thornbury is a prestige platform which allows healthcare professions to showcase their skills and get rewarded. I enjoy the flexibility, meeting new professionals and most importantly, gaining knowledge and learning new skills every day. And of course, not forgetting the rewarding pay rates Thornbury provides! Since joining Thornbury, I have never looked back. It’s been a pleasure working with the Thornbury Nursing team.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I thoroughly enjoy making a difference in people’s lives. I feel mental health remains a taboo subject within many countries and cultures. Working in a field that requires significant attention and importance, especially in today’s day and age, helps me feel I’m creating a significant impact in the world of mental health.

How do you feel about being Nurse of the Month?

It feels great! Being awarded Nurse of the Month has boosted my confidence and urged me to work even harder to continue to make a difference to people’s lives.
