Requirements
- A valid NMC Pin
- The ability to lead a team of community nurses
- Evidenced completion of ‘Specialist Practitioner: District Nursing (SPDN) and V100 or V150’
- A good understanding of the challenges and responsibilities of lone working
- A minimum of 12 months experience in the last 18 months, with at least 6 months recent experience conducting patient visits
- A willingness to work to our company expectations
