NMC renewal fee payment scheme – Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer is only accessible to nurses and midwives who work for Thornbury Nursing Services and meet the following criteria:
    • Has worked at least 18 shifts since their previous NMC registration renewal date.
    • Has not fallen non-compliant since their previous NMC registration renewal date.
  2. Nurses and midwives who meet the scheme criteria will be able to claim back the cost of their NMC registration renewal fee from Thornbury Nursing Services.
  3. All claims will be subject to tax and NI dedications and will be paid via bank transfer. Cheques, postal orders or vouchers cannot be requested.
  4. Claims will only be valid if the claimant is compliant at the time of their claim.
  5. Claims can only be made within 28 days of the NMC registration renewal date.
  6. Claims must be made online via Quick Nurse. From your renewal date, a button will be available in your ‘My Details’ section on Quick Nurse to submit your application. In the event that you have fallen non-compliant, you can submit a query within the textbox in your ‘My Details’ section. Once we have processed and validated your claim, we will issue payment of the requested claim within 10 working days.
  7. Claims for renewals that fall at the end of the month can be made from the 1st of the following month. Claims can only be made within 28 days of the NMC renewal date
  8. Thornbury Nursing Services reserves the right to:
    • Vary the terms and conditions of the NMC renewal fee scheme at its absolute discretion
    • Cancel or discontinue the NMC renewal fee scheme without having to pay any outstanding claims, introduce a replacement scheme, offer compensation or inform nurses or midwives
