Before completing the referral form below, you must have your friend’s permission to provide their personal information to us. We will tell your friend that you have recommended them to us when we contact them.
Please note that there may be additional requirements for a referral to be valid. Please read our T&Cs. Refer a friend schemes change frequently. If you have any questions or would like more details on local schemes, contact your local office.
To claim your bonus:
Once you submit a referral, you will receive a confirmation email – please keep hold of this. As soon as your recommended nurse or midwife completes their first shift with Thornbury Nursing Services, you will need to notify us and submit your claim for payment by sending an email to referafriend@tnsltd.com with a copy of your recommendation confirmation email.
Bonus claims must be submitted within one month of the recommended friend completing their first Thornbury Nursing shift.
