Requirements
- A valid NMC Pin
- A willingness to work to our company expectations
- A minimum of 6 months experience in the last 2 years working in an acute inpatient, community or supported living setting
- A minimum of 12 months experience in the last 18 months working in a complex clinical area (PMLD)
- Evidence of PMVA and experience with behaviours that challenge (desirable)
- A focus on the promotion of independence if working with under 18s
- A focus on the promotion of independence, health and well-being
- Experience of non-verbal communication methods
