Congratulations Agnieszka! Our Nurse of the Week

Congratulations Agnieszka, our Nurse of the Week. We caught up with Agnieszka on her win.

How long have you been working with Thornbury?

I have been working with Thornbury since 2013

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I love that I have the opportunity to help people in their most vulnerable, and unexpected moments. As their nurse, my job is to make them feel safe, comfortable and cared for.

I also love the pride I have in my work. Being a nurse is one of the most challenging jobs someone could do. It’s physically and mentally demanding at times, but I feel fantastic satisfaction and pride at the end of the day. Being able to help those in need for a living is unlike any other profession.

What attracted you to join Thornbury?

I joined Thornbury because I heard positive feedback from my friends about Thornbury being a very professional nursing agency, that provides a high standard of care and has very professional Staff. I also like the flexability as I have small children. It allows me the opportunity to work in so many diverse areas too.

How do you feel about being Nurse of the Week?

I am very happy and proud to be Nurse of the Week. I feel that my efforts and contributions are valued.

Thank you, Agnieszka and congratulations! You deserve it!
