Caroline was chosen to be Thornbury’s April HCA of the Month following some fantastic feedback from our team in Leeds:

We caught up with Caroline on her win. Read what she had to say below.

How long have you been working with Thornbury Nursing?

I have been working with Thornbury Nursing since 2021.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I like the flexibility of working in different trusts and community settings.

What attracted you to join Thornbury Nursing?

The number one thing was definitely the flexibility, plus the opportunities for training to improve in certain areas and expand your knowledge in your field.

How do you feel about being HCA of the Month?

It is such an honour. Through the years, I’ve spoken to and met some really good people from different departments in the Thornbury team, who truly inspire me. Thank you to all the amazing Thornbury staff for always being just a phone call away.
