Congratulations Mohammed! Our HCA of the Month for November
Mohammed was chosen to be Thornbury’s HCA of the Month following some fantastic from a community client. Mohammed supported this client over Halloween and made huge efforts to enable them to go trick or treating – a joyful experience that they will never forget.
We caught up with Mohammed on his win. Read what he had to say below.
How long have you been working with Thornbury Nursing?
I joined Thornbury Nursing in October 2021.
What attracted you to join Thornbury Nursing?
The quality of care being provided and the high standard of concern Thornbury Nursing show towards their staff. Also, the excellent pay rates.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I like to establish therapeutic relationships with mutual respect, care and support. I always make clients my number one priority and I enjoy seeing them progress.
How do you feel about being HCA of the Month?
I feel thrilled that my work has been recognised.
