Nii has been doing amazing work leading a team of four other workers with a service user in the community. He is super welcoming to new Thornbury workers and is always willing to step in at the last minute for shifts that need covering.
How long have you been working with Thornbury Nursing?
I have worked for Thornbury since July 2020.
What attracted you to join Thornbury Nursing?
Word of mouth from other Thornbury workers regarding flexibility and professionalism.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Supporting service users to live independently in the community.
How do you feel about being Nurse of the Week?
I work in a team so I dedicate this to the team. We are all nurses and healthcare assistants of the week.
