Rita was chosen to be Thornbury’s October Nurse of the Month following some fantastic feedback from a client:

How long have you been working with Thornbury Nursing?

I have worked for Thornbury for 10 years.

What attracted you to join Thornbury Nursing?

What attracted me to Thornbury was the choices of working in care homes, hospitals, or the community and mental health. There is no one pushing you to work, you can work the days you want.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I enjoy the freedom to choose when and where I can work.

How do you feel about being Nurse of the Month?

I wasn’t expecting to be Nurse of the Month, I was shocked! I just do what I always do, and it’s nice when someone takes time to thank you for your hard work.
