Congratulations Stella! Our Nurse of the Week
Stella is one of our most requested nurses and she is always available to help at short notice. We caught up with Stella on her win.
How long have you been working with Thornbury Nursing?
I have worked for Thornbury since January 2021.
What attracted you to join Thornbury Nursing?
There is a long list of benefits working as a Thornbury nurse. We are looked after right – from shift allocation, level of professionalism, excellent pay rates, help with revalidation, NMC fees paid for, to generally feeling valued as a nurse.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I love going to bed knowing I made a difference. That difference is often as little as making sure the children in my care are given the best care by helping them have the opportunity to live the best life possible. It’s also satisfying to know families feel more at ease after they see the care we provide.
How do you feel about being Nurse of the Week?
I am extremely delighted to be recognised for the hard work and dedication I put towards my job. I will continue to do my best for the clients we care for and make Thornbury Nursing proud.
Thank you, Stella and congratulations! You deserve it!
