Congratulations Susan! Our Nurse of the Week.

Congratulations Susan, our Nurse of the Week. We caught up with Susan on her win.

How long have you been working with Thornbury?

I’ve worked for Thornbury for around 15 years.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

What I love about my job is travelling to different places and meeting new people. I enjoy being a nurse, and it’s all I ever wanted to be. I enjoy making a difference in people’s lives, even in a small way when they need someone.

What attracted you to join Thornbury?

What attracted me to Thornbury was that it was a family company many years ago, who cared greatly, as they still do about their nurses and look after and support us. I love the flexibility Thornbury give me and the pay rates.

How do you feel about being Nurse of the Week?

I am genuinely grateful to be the Nurse of the Week. Everyone likes to be recognised and appreciated. It makes me feel very proud to represent Thornbury.

Thank you, Susan and congratulations! You deserve it!
